Matthew J. Lester is Caliber’s Managing Partner. He has over 21 years of experience in real estate, marketing, and business consulting. Matt founded Caliber in 2009 based on teamwork, knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, and excellence.

Matt began his career in production management at ESPN in Nevada. This role embraced his love of sports, creativity, and teamwork. He returned to Rochester, home of his real estate family. Within 5 years he completed over 150 commercial real estate transactions. He fully immersed himself in understanding the commercial real estate and development process.

Matt has since brokered hundreds of transactions. He excels in developing strategic growth plans for national retailers. He has also owned commercial real estate, developed real estate projects, and acquired approvals for more than 25 strategic retail developments statewide.

Under Matt’s leadership, Caliber has capitalized on understanding markets, cultivating visions, and creatively executing those visions. His specialty is in exclusive representation of national tenants.

Matt attended The Northwood Preparatory School in Lake Placid. He graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2002 with a degree in Business administration.
