Kodak is seeking to create a new mixed-use neighborhood to support the continued growth and expansion of Eastman Business Park.
In 2016, Eastman Business Park (EBP) commissioned the development of a Master Plan and supporting market and traffic studies to plan for the long-term build-out of the east end of the 1,200-acre campus. The overall goal of the EBP master planning process was to identify opportunities for supportive commercial, office and mixed-use development that will make the broader Campus a world-class investment destination that is attractive, comfortable and convenient for employers, their employees, customers and other visitors to EBP.
